THE PRIVILEGE WALK is an activity in which participants learn to recognize how power and privilege can affect our lives, even if we are unaware of it. Participants stand in a line side-by-side and are read statements, taking a step forward or a step backward depending on the response. In the end, players can see where they stand amongst others in terms of the obstacles and beneficial experiences in their lives. Play this game and take a virtual walk to reflect on the areas in your life where you have privilege and those where you don’t.
